Who is responsible for your information

The website operator and entity responsible for handling your personal information is 深圳市致微电子科技有限公司, located in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We use CHIWIN PCB DESIGN as our website brand and Chiwin Technology as our English business name.

Information we collect

When enabled, our inquiry form collects your name, company, business email address and project description. You may also provide your country or region, project type, estimated layer count, preferred design tool, NDA preference and billing preference. A consent acknowledgment and inquiry reference accompany the submission.

If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you include in that message. Hosting, email and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser signals and delivery or security records.

No file upload is required or available in the inquiry form. Please begin with a non-confidential summary and do not include passwords, payment information, unnecessary personal information or confidential design files.

Why we use your information

We use inquiry information to reply to your request, assess project requirements and feasibility, prepare a quotation and carry out necessary business communications, including discussing an NDA where relevant. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and how the system works

Cloudflare hosts the website and the separate inquiry API. When online submission is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse before the API processes an inquiry. The form loads the Turnstile verification script after you acknowledge this policy and choose Start Security Check. Cloudflare's hosting and security processing also applies to ordinary website visits and is separate from this form control.

Resend provides the transactional email service used by the inquiry API to send accepted inquiries to our business mailbox. Acceptance by the email service does not itself confirm delivery to the inbox.

Migadu hosts our business email service, including sales@chiwinpcb.com, through which our authorized personnel receive and handle inquiry correspondence.

The website also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for website usage and performance measurement. This website measurement is separate from the inquiry form's consent controls. Service providers may maintain operational, security or delivery records as part of their services.

International processing

Our team handles inquiries in China. Our service providers operate internationally, so information may also be transferred to or processed outside your country, including in the United States and Europe, depending on the service and its infrastructure. Cloudflare operates a global network, Resend describes processing in the United States, and Migadu is a Swiss email service provider. A provider's corporate location does not mean all data is stored only in that country.

The providers' privacy notices describe their processing and international transfer arrangements. We do not represent their certifications or safeguards as certifications held by our company, or promise that inquiry information remains in a single country.

Who can access inquiry information

Within our company, access is limited to the company principal, authorized business personnel and engineers involved in evaluating the project, as needed for their respective responsibilities. The service providers described above process information as necessary to provide hosting, security and email services.

How long we keep information

For inquiries that do not result in a project, we retain personal information for no more than 24 months from its collection. We delete or anonymize it earlier when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Information relating to agreed projects is handled according to the contract, applicable law and actual business needs. This policy does not claim that an automatic deletion system has been implemented.

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may email sales@chiwinpcb.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent to further inquiry processing. Please identify the relevant inquiry and describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will consider applicable requirements and any obligations relating to an agreed project. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.

Confidentiality and project information

Ask for an NDA before sharing proprietary material. An initial inquiry or an NDA preference is not an executed NDA. Confidentiality terms, permitted uses, intellectual-property ownership and editable design-file delivery are addressed in the written project agreement.

Share only information you are authorized to disclose. Sending an inquiry does not authorize publication of your designs or use of your company name as a customer reference. Agree an appropriate transfer method before sharing confidential files.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our information handling, services or applicable requirements change. The policy published on this page describes our current inquiry information practices. For questions, email sales@chiwinpcb.com.
